Very Poor night-time visibility (less than 2 feet)
« on: November 02, 2019, 09:07:31 PM »

Hi,
This camera is now a couple of years old. It started having bad quality Infrared scenes where I could not even see if my baby was in her crib with the IR on and the camera is mounted to the crib looking down. The IR lights are on. I can see them. They are set to high power. A normal restart used to fix this, but now it does not. It is always very poor quality.
Firmware is very 1.04.01.
Thanks!

Cancel this.
Apparently if you switch to IR mode and you see the red lights turn on and don't hear a click, night vision will be poor. Of you hear the click, it should be normal quality (good).
