I am running windows 10, 64 bit and can not access the DNR 202L video. When using IE 11 it tells me to download the VCA add on and install it. I do and then it asks me again to download and install it. I checked in my browser, it is installed and enable. It will always ask me to install it. Using Firefox browser there is no video just a blank gray screen when I access through the IP address. If I access it through My dlink it asks me to install an add on. I do, then it just keeps telling me I need to install the add on. Chome tells me it is not supported. All browser are up to date with the latest version, Java is installed and verified. The firmware on the 202L is 2.04.03, current NVR device pack is 2.14.02. The part number on the DNR-202L is BNR202L.....A1, hardware VERSION IS A1
Thanks in advance for any help

When you are using IE11, did you first clear all browser caches, install the plug in, clear all caches again, exit the browser then re-open the browser and connect to the DNR?
Be sure the plug in is enabled in the ADD-ONs for IE11. Check the Add-ONs section of IE11.

Use IE11, but right click on IE11 - and "Run as Administrator". It should install fine.

Thanks for all your input, but nothing suggested worked. The VCA add on is not installing. It will not show up in my add ons. I ended up downgrading Firefox to version 45 and got it to work. This is not the correct solution but it works for now. I always had trouble with Dlink and their software, add ons and security certificates. It is always a song and dance getting ii to work with every different computer. I would still like to get it to work with either IE11, the latest version on Firefox or chrome.
Thanks

The plugin should install in IE11. Works for me.
