Title: Mydlink doesn't connect more that half of the time DCS2530L

I have a client with DCS 2530L.

Most of the time He cannot connect to it.

I tried everything:
-Mydilik Lite
-Mydiling
-mydilink.com Portal

-4g
-Different wifis (on the phones and camera it self)
-Different Iphones
-different droids.

Always the same, It shows Blue"online", but it is stucked on loading/connecting.
Latest firmware.

It is unsable, works only "sometimes".
My client it is using  it to check on  100 year old Mother.
Very upset, with my dlink install.

Any fix for this, or replacement?
