Hello,
as subject, when I try to add a new device DCH-S150 app crashes after setting time zone. Using IOS app, app update firmware of the device, but after that, loop on text "please restart device" (I didn't remember exact phrase).
The DCH-S150 device is correctly connected to the network (green light), but I can't do anything because I can't add it on the app.
Please help me :(

Have you tried un-installing the app then re-installing it?

Yes,
nothing has changed.
Tried also on another Android phone, nothing.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
