Hi There!

Firstly excuse me if there's a difference between DLink and mydlink enabled DIR-605L .. But the forum is very difficult.

Device:
mydlink enabled DIR-605L
H/W: Bx
Original Firmware Was: 2.00

I've mydlink enabled DIR-605L was working properly but for some reason I decide to upgrade the firmware so I checked the latest firmware version located in the router page {Maintenance > Firmware Update} tab then I upload it like the demonstration in the page itself, I didn't download the file from any website, Anyway After updating process complete everything goes down all LEDs flickering every 20 seconds the LAN connect/disconnect every 20 seconds and no WiFi .. The router has been ruined completely

I download the firmware from {https://me.mydlink.com/download > DIR-605L} Then I reset the router so the router page opened a recover form but NOTHING happened.

I saw the recovery video on the Youtube and I'm very sure that I did everything correctly, Is that the end?? Really? Is that possible that the DLink made an update to destroy their products?? I'm very confused and nothing to do

Hope someone can help,

Thanks

* What region are you located?
* Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
* Has a Factory Reset been performed?

Hi There

1. Region is MiddleEast
2. I made all operations over a wired connection
3. After upgrading everything goes down Except LAN-1 blinking connect/disconnect every 5 seconds
4. I made a lot of factory settings and I did the recovery using files in [https://www.dlinkmea.com/index.php/product/details/?det=RkUwczhybm9KcDZoT3Yya1IzeVkxdz09] BUT nothing help
5. I called my region support and they help as they can but no fixes
6. I reset with some steps here in the forum [Hold for 30sec and turn off while holding for 30sec and reconnect for 30sec then wait 2 minutes] BUT no fixes, Always recovery page appears and no files can recover to the factory firmware

Did you try this?
Emergency Recovery Mode
Try loading first version of firmware file.

IF this fails. I recommend you replace the router.
