Now running more than 24h on a A2 Rev without any problem.
Wireless is stable but not as fast as it should be.
(Same as before )

portforwarding seems OK with TCP and UPD ports.
VoIP is working smoothly, no disconnects from SIP server.
It's better - not beta

But if your router is running now for your purposes, there is no reason to update.
No other mayor changes than the shareport in new version.
Tested successfully with 32 Bit Vista and XP:
Samsung CLP 300 Color Laser Printer, HP Deskjet 5640, USB HD, USB Stick.

I'm using A1 hardware.
Overall looks good. 2.4G signal are better than before.  5G are same poor. in my environment, router is in the same floor, 10 meters away, there's a door in between them.
so far, I found the 2.4G link sometimes down, and then up again. I'll post my log here, later.
When Play games like steam CS:S and DOD:S, still have the pause problem. but the pause time is shorter than before.  I left all thing default, but In WISH, checked auto option.

Try to set the powermanagement of the wireless adapter in the log to CAM (Constantly Awake Mode) or highest or switch it of in the driver utility and/or device manager -> Advanced Properties.
I had the same when the powermanagement was enabled.

Wireless restarts may happen because of interferences. Check whether there are other devices as cordless phones or Bluetooth devices near the router or perhaps other WLANs switched on at this time.
Sometimes it helps to select a free channel manually and disable the auto function in the router's wireless settings.

I have no restarts in my log. But I'm living without neighbours who can disturb my wireless.  ;)

thanks, Liz.
I dont have driver utility, and disabled only option (let windows to manage this device ...something like this) in power management in device management.
I also disabled Auto option in WISH on the router.
the point is wireless restart never happened before I flush the firmware.
any idea?

I've changed my system from XP sp3 to vista ultimate SP1. clean reinstalled.
Disabled powermanagement seams make this problem happens less than before.
Weired things is my laptop using DWA-140 sits next to my desktop, never have this happened.

Firmware 1.20 without Beta is on the FTP server.
I wonder if it's just renamed or if there are some changes  ;)

I will try in a few minutes when my DNS-323 is updated. One device after the other  ;D

I've tried flashing the new final firmware, but it seems just the b10 firmware. for the firmware date after I flashed, is still apr. 27. and all my configuration is still there.

Is there a plan for IPSEC VPN to make perm connection with other routers ? Or is this out of question for this device?

See my post here: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=5918.0

Do not know, whether this is hardware or firmware, but I believe that there are problems with this router...

I am having the same exact problems as the people with the DGL-4500 and their firmware 1.20.
Reboot necessary after 3-4 days without fail. hardware A2.
