DCS-932L works with IP Cam Viewer on iPad.

Could NOT get this camera to work with Webcam XP5, but have not tried too hard.

Regarding web links for IP Cam Viewer for android, both pro and lite, are available on the android market.  A link for those on a computer is:

https://market.android.com/details?id=com.rcreations.ipcamviewer&hl=en

Cost is $3.99 and free, respectively

Apps for iPad are available exclusively through the app store (unless you jailbreak your device).  For those who want to investigate:

http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ip-camera-viewer/id402656416?mt=8

Price is $2.99

For those interested, I have also been trying to use DSL-932L with a Sony Dash and Chumby (infocast 3.5).  I have tried two chumby apps: "dual cam" and "Megapixel PTZ Webcam".  The DSL-932 appears to work with neither.  So...you can put this in the "NOT" list.

I believe the problem is associated with lack of URL available that incorporates username and password with the DSL-932L.  I understand that some DLink cameras can use:

http://username:password@ipaddress:port/mjpeg.cgi (or variations thereof)

Unfortunately, the -932L is not one of them.

Technical support claims there is no such capability for the -932L.  My experience suggests that this claim is not necessarily authoritative, but the time I am willing to spend with this is quickly coming to an end.

Zoneminder
http://www.zoneminder.com/
Linux
Free

Zoneminder is NOT for the faint of heart.  I've been using Zoneminder for several years with a low cost security camera connected through a video capture card to monitor the entrance gate of our property (which cannot be seen from our house).  It's been a rough ride at times - particularly dealing with drivers and settings for the capture card.

It took me about 5 minutes to get Zoneminder and my new DCS-930L up and running together.  And the image quality is far superior to what I get out of the video capture card.

I have been using one that's not on the list:
tinyCam Monitor, Android, http://tinycammonitor.com/
also on Android Market
Free version and Pro ($1.99)

I would think that Net Eye Camera would work whenever IP Cam Viewer does. Net Eye Camera is a repackage of IP Cam Viewer. I have not tried it with the DLink, maybe someone else will.
