I have a DES-1210-28P switch that has been working fine over the past year, and then we started having connectivity issues with it. I can see the switch with the D-Link SmartConsole utility and change the IP addressing, but cannot for the life of me access the web interface nor can I ping it.
The switch defaults after a factory reset to 10.90.90.90 and I have setup a static IP on the machine but no matter what I do, I cannot ping or access the web interface. I do show connectivity and network activity on the system I've plugged directly to the switch, and I've tried multiple ports with no luck..
Is there some kind of low level reset I can perform on this switch or another way to access and be able to see it again?

Is the 10.90.90.90 the same IP address string as your main routers IP address pool string? Or is it 192.168.#.# or something different?
