How to download drivers from zip file

(1/1)

theroguedog:
I had the 64-bit version of Win7 installed on my desktop during a time when I was using an ethernet connection. I moved a couple of days ago and lost my D-Link CD.  Since I’m not now able to access the internet on my desktop, I used my laptop to select the download (DWA-130_REVC_DRIVERS_1.30) and saved it as a zip file.  I sent the file to a USB stick then copied it to my desktop documents. I am old and feeble and have never done anything like this before so now I’m stuck.  What should I do to complete the download so my D-Link works on my desktop, thanks.  (I tried using the contact us form but apparently my version is too old also...)

With Win7 and above - You should be able to right click on the zip file, and "open in windows explorer".  Once in there - Move the .bin file to your desktop.

I hope you feel young again  ;D
