No Access on my cloud camera
« on: June 18, 2019, 06:58:12 AM »

Hello All,

I Have 2* DNR202L, DCS-2330L  and DCS-5222L

After going through wizards I did setup a Password for both cameras.

now, when I tried adding them on my DNR202L, using adding cameras step, they got added and put their password; then I clicked on "go to NVR".

The DNR Camera Viewing system is shown, but both cameras have x near them, and when I hovered near them, it shows "No Access"

WHY?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DCS and DNR? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera and DNR.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs and DNRs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router and ISP modem?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
