Cannot register DCS-932L camera with MYDLINK

I went through the installation CD and was unable to register camera with MyDlink. I can see the video output from the camera on my intranet and all the settings are available on the camera's web page . After reading the manual I did check to insure that on the router (Linksys E4200) UPnP was enabled. 
I tried changing the HTTP port to 800 from 80, (in case this is the issue with my ISP = WILD BLUE), however, after doing this I do not know how to then try and access MYDLINK and register the camera.
Of course if I then go through the CD program this gets reset to 80.
Any insight as to where I could find further information would be much appreciated.

Did you previously successfully register your DCS on mydlink and then it stopped working and you can't re-add the device? Or are you trying to add the device to mydlink for the first time?

It seems that the DCS-932L is a bit flaky when it comes to registering with mydlink and maintaining registration when the unit needs reconfiguration. After D-Link technical support was unable to resolve the issue with my device, they issued an RMA for a replacement. I'm hopeful there is a root cause to this issue all DCS-932Ls are not subject to this problem. I'll have more to say about this once I receive and test the replacement unit.

I have the same issue with one of my two 932L.
Did replacing the cam work for you?

Yes, my camera is registered with mydlink.

Did you ever register the problematic DCS-932L with mydlink? If the answer is "no", did you purchase the camera as new or refurbished? There are instances where prior owners of a used camera registered with mydlink and the camera needs to be removed from mydlink and re-registered under the new owner.

No, the wizard application is the only means to register the DCS-932L on mydlink.

Try resetting the camera and start over from scratch. This is what I did.

Hi,
I got my DCS-932L so that I can send images to an ftp site on motion detection.
I could not get to the set up page on the web interface, so i installed the console from the cd.
I could still not get to the set up as it kept reejcting the password. I tried the one I created during set up for the d link account or blank as suggested by others
Anyway I rest the camera and could then get to set up and configure the ftp and successfully send images via ftp and email.
However, I could not then see the camera on mydlink. I have tried may times but I cannot get the ftp and mydlink to work together. As i need to reinstall the camera to get mydlink and then it will not let you set up the FTP.
I have left the FTP set up running and don't have the device on my dlink on the pc or mobile.
Has anybody resolved this?

I know this is and old post, but I just wanted to let you know that I was able to re-register my DCS-932L after upgrading the firmware to Firmware Version   1.06 (2012-12-21) and downloading the latest Wizard from http://d2okd4tdjucp2n.cloudfront.net/DCS-932L/autorun.exe
