Extending cable length of - ANT24-0230
« on: February 08, 2010, 03:55:06 AM »

I just purchased the ANT24-0230 antenna but the cable is not near long enough.

Can I purchase three cables and extend it further?

I need another 10 to 15 feet.

Thanks

I would advise you not to extend the cable any further. Even more cable between router and antenna means more loss of signal power, so instead of gaining you will be losing reach and strength.
So keep it limited to the cable that is attached.

Thanks for the reply.

Man that is too bad.  I guess I am going to have to figure out how to move the router up higher.
