DFL-260E IPSEC VPN to ADTRAN NETVANTA 3120

I upgraded the router at our church from a DFL-210 to a DFL-260E.  I previously had an IPSEC VPN from the church to my ADTRAN NETVANTA 3120 at my house.  After the upgrade I cannot get the IPSEC VPN to connect. 
On the ADTRAN I see:
"peer 75.xxx.xxx.xxx: Received informational exchange message

On the DFL-260E I see:
