User allow Pan and Tilt
« on: June 08, 2016, 01:35:15 PM »

Hello
I have recently completed a DCS-5222LB Bought. I could set up everything without problems .

Now I want to create an additional user and would in turn allow for the camera .

Give it as a possibility ? Or that is not supported .
Can you help me?

Do you mean through mydlink.com?  I don't think that is possible.

You should be able to add a user in the camera's f/w and have the user log in directly.  I haven't done this so I don't know if they would have pan/tilt.

Have you tried logging into the camera's f/w and setting up a user account?

I believe 2nd user accounts have limited feature access. Definitely not supported on MDL services.
