Hi,

Totally understood and I will try to contact dlink support next week.
This being said, is there an easy way to identify which regional area a camera belongs to?

Just wondering if the one I bought here, is actually linked to ASIA region or "others".
Can I tell be the serial number or mydlink number?

Cheers,
S.

I've asked the same question, and unfortunately no. There's no visible marking on the case or anything in firmware that indicates the designated region.
