Hi,
I just bought a DCS-2121 and I want to view this on my mobile.
I have both a smartphone and a PPC. (HTC's)
Until now I have tried to use the "Streaming media" software on these without success.
When trying I am getting an error message like: Server request client to disconnect from network.
What I am thinking is that if I access my camera from the internet (laptop), I need to authenticate my self with username and password. But when I try to connect to the streaming "link" I dont ge this question!!!!

So questions:
1. Do you still need to authenticate your self when running rtsp://

2. If yes, will/would the mobile "real player" ask for this?

3. Would be greatful if some one could type in a link (example) with a rtsp. What I am not 100% sure of is the last part of this. In video profile 4, it just says "3gpp". Do I need to give it a "name". like live.3gpp and what would then the link be? Live or live.3gp or live.3gpp

Hope you know what I mean. Questipon 1 is most important!

This is not a US product. You should contact the tech support in the region where you got this camera and request SDK (Software Development Kit) from them.

However, you could try using the following url. No guarantee as I don't know the SDK of your camera.

Please try the DCS-2121 v1.04 firmware, maybe it is helpful for you.
