Title: FTP - Can I build a FTP server into my desktop PC? If yes, how?

My DCS-932L and DCS-930 cameras go nuts with motion detection emails and I'd like to send the emails to a FTP server instead. I know it works OK from reading other messages so would like to build one but am not sure how.

Any suggestions, instructions?
