Your NAS is offline (DNS-327L)

HI, i change my router to speedport entry 2i and since then i can see my NAS from https://eu.mydlink.com with the notice ''Your NAS is offline '' and from the tsansmition app. I do the port forward to the router for the port 9091 to 9092 but still nothing. What can i do for this? Throuth the lan the map network i can see the folders regularly

  • What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

What did you change on your router? Change it back?

Hi again from Athens, Greece. My H/W ver:A1 F/W Ver 1.05.  Current NAS Firmware Version 1.09. i am using  a new router  zte speedport entry 2i

If i run the Installation Wizard again it is possible to lost my files or not?

No, files on the drive remains...
Is the DNS appearing in the clients list on the router? Look at this first before resetting the DNS.
