Maybe slightly off topic, but there doesn't seem to be one specific site that has the latest firmware with changelog.
The taiwan site has changelogs with the firmware, but last I checked had 1 version old firmware.  The mydlink site had the latest firmware, but no changelog.
You found it on the french site, so...... why the scavenger hunt for bits and pieces?  Can everything be put in one place?

I split your reply to a new thread (since it was unrelated...).  To address your question. . . thanks for pointing out the changelog posted on the TSD site. It looks like that file was added in mid-June.

Soon after I wrote my first reply to this thread, I found a ww release changelog that goes through version 1.11 build 1418.

Please fix the order/number of some firmware releases as they are not correct.
For example "Firmware: 1.11b0426 - Date: 04/26/2012" is wrong, 1.11b1426 should be correct.

This is the changelog for 1.12 release (found on french ftp site):
