Title: Stream from SD Card?
Post by: cnjersey22 on November 07, 2016, 04:48:10 PM
Hi, I am trying to play video files saved to the SD card and seek and fast forward to speciifc locations in the file. mydlink doesn't seem to have this feature.

Is there a way I can access the sd card like a shared drive on the network and play the files from my PC media player like VLC? Looked into upnp, but my my upnp clients (vlc, bubbleupnp) can't find the camera on network. All i want to be able to do is FF and REW and seek to time when playing files.

Get a DNR-202L to do what you want to do.  32x FF and REV, and click through at any time in the timeline selected.

Also try D-View Cam as well on a PC.  ;)
