DWA-582 w/ Windows 10

(1/2) > >>

Justin@ORIGINPC:
Let me start off by saying, I work with ORIGIN PC as the Desktop Product Group manager, and we carry the DWA-582 wireless network card. When ever we have the 582 with Windows 10, the system will randomly restart. We have narrowed it down to the 582 ( the systems will not randomly restart when the card in not installed in the system). I tried calling D-Link asking them about Windows 10 drivers but they were of no help. I was hoping to get more exposure on the forums by posting my issue.

Maybe someone at D-Link can point me in the right direction as to whom I can get into contact with. Please message me if you can help me.

Thank you.

Dear,

I am using windows 10 professional 64 bit, I have the latest drivers, also tried the old drivers, below are the issues:

Latest 1.02b driver:
1. when you disable the adapter, machine gets stuck and you need to restart the pc
2. when you connect, randomly the connection gets dropped and device becomes unresponsive

Old 1.0 Driver:
Windows wont boot and gets stuck

We need a fix please, could you provide your comments on these issues?
