Can't access 192.168.0.1
« on: January 15, 2017, 09:46:40 AM »

I can't access the 192.168.0.1, WiFi was going in and out and I used to be able to access 192.168.0.1 and now I can't. I tested the cables and they are working, I am getting internet when directly connected to my computer, I get the orange globe and no matter what I do I can't get it to go away. Firmaware is most recent from what i read. Tried factory reset and I still can't access I.P. I'm not over tech savy but at least somewhat ok. Device is DIR-825

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
  • Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

If you do a ipconfig /all in a command line, what is the gateway IP address seen there?
