Title: help please! does not work service MyCloud (NAS DNS-345)

ask for help, respected technical support. Set the appropriate supplement for the service, log to the NAS web- interface and got there account. After that, download the mobile app (mydlink Cloud app), and I can not connect to my NAS, also can not from the browser to log into my drive. My Account - nikola2014, service tells me that I can go into my NAS using the address nikola2014.mydlinkcloud.com but it does not work when I enter this address gives me a "server not found"
