Title: DSP-W215 - The Power LED Fails to Turn On When I Plug my Smart Plug

This FAQ entry describes the procedure for troubleshooting why a DSP-W215 power LED fails turn on and correcting the issue.

Procedure

• Press the ON/OFF button on the front of the Smart Plug.
• Make sure the outlet is working properly. Try plugging in another device to see if it works.
• Make sure that if the outlet is controlled by a light switch, it is in the ON position.
• Try a different outlet to see if the Smart Plug works there.
