Facebook Wifi
« on: April 01, 2015, 05:11:14 AM »

Sorry to necropost like this but there are lots of info in this post i would like to process further,
I'm interested in this product for the facebook wifi and As stated by other users with the FW 1.04 NA region and the region setting it can work in EU.
I bought for a client a competitor FB wifi router since the d link assistance(useless in italy, sorry to say that)told me it was not possible in my region.
I want to be sure about two things before the purchase, so i ask for your help.
1. The non NA region users who bought that are still able to use the Facebook wifi functionality?
2. Most of the connections are smartphones connections, with my actual router when i connect to my guest network if i open a broswer it redirects me to the check in page, if i don't open a browser i can tough use my email client, whatsapp, youtube app etc.
I just want to have a splash page as soon as i connect to the guest network to make the check in. No check in, no internet at all!
Does the 865 do that?
