Invalid image file
« on: March 04, 2020, 11:32:24 PM »

HW - G1 FW - 7.11 (Orange gui) Region - India
I'm trying to upgrade my firmware to Blue White gui from this link - ftp://ftp.d-link.co.za/DIR/dir825%20(new)/firmware/G1_BlueWhiteGui/
But when I try to upload the file onto the router it keeps saying "Invalid image file. Please select the correct image file...". I've tried factory resetting and IE, FireFox & Chrome browser but nothing seems to be working.

That version may not be compatible.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Hi. Please confirm. For steps 30 onwards what files are those? Are they the ones on the BlueWhite ftp path?
