Applications?
« on: February 19, 2015, 12:02:20 PM »

Hi guys, I have a DNS-320L.

I'm updating firmware 1.04 just now.

I want ask if exist some user applications to install in the "Application" tab. I find only this page: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=61456.0

Is a really little list of applications and the most of them are development apps, not for users. There are others applications that i can install on my NAS?

You can find add-ons provided by D-link here: http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/
Select "DNS-320L" under the product selection menu in the middle of the screen and you'll find a list of add-ons for download. If the files are archived, make sure to extract the contents before installing. Sometimes (depending on the browser) I've found that the tsd website doesn't append the ".zip" or ".rar" extension for downloaded files, so if the add-on doesn't upload, try adding the extension to extract the contents.

Thank you for the fast and accurate reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  I'll see if we can get these copied over to the D-Link USA FTP site.

Another question:

I'm searching for some app that allow me to open my NAS files by the phone. (I have a Lumia 1020 with OS Windows Phone 8.1)

I find this app: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/mydlink-cloud/09bf0bb8-4be1-4a0d-a7d8-329e28574ab7

But it seems don't work. I have well configured DNS parameter in NAS OS and i have create an account on www.dlinkddns.com with my NAS data, but it don't work.

Do you know some way for open my NAS data by the phone on an Internet connection?

The mydlink Cloud app only works with the DNS-325 and DNS-345 which are not "mydlink enabled". The app was developed specifically to provides an alternative access method for these two ShareCenter models. The rest of the active ShareCenter product line uses the DNS-320L - myDlink Access App (see link).  Unfortunately, the mydlink Access app is only available on Android and Apple OS platforms.
