cloud command support request not being answered
« on: April 15, 2016, 10:49:37 AM »

Hi All, I work for a school that has 10 APs (DAP-2565). We opened a new building and are setting up about 12 more. Since about a year ago, I have made several Support Requests to dlink.cloudcommand.com. I never got a reply.  :o Does anybody know why? THANKS!!, in advance to anybody who could tell me how to get a reply!!

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

I resume that this is a service for Business class DAPs?  If so, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
