I bought dcs-6010L 360.. Happy with video but not for audio.
When viewed in Laptop and iphone using same IP segment at home gives me a white noise and skipping sound.
Contacted support and advised me to exchange to shop.
After receiving same model, tried again but same audio problem.
I think it has something to do with firmware.
Does anyone here have same audio issue?
My current setup:
Firmware: 1.01.18
Network: fiber optics wired connection
Outside Network: 3G/4G
App: mydlink lite

I did testing again. Audio is working properly now using laptop.
Iphone Mydlink app i think is the problem.
Is there any app java browser i can use aside from mydlink? Either free or not

I tried HTC mobile, downloaded mydlink app and the audio is what im expected although white boise is still there but this time no skipping sound. I guess the issue here is the iphone app.

This issue is solved.
by updating the latest version for mydlink app in iphone. as of Feb 2014
Video is great and Audio is now clean.

I'm glad you were able to resolve your issue. There is sometimes a lag from the time new D-Link camera models or new FW updates are released to the time they are fully supported on the different mydlink app platforms.
