Title: Help: how to configure disks

I have 2x2TB drives I want to use mirrored and 1 or 2x1TB discs for use in standard. You can??
How should I set the dns-343??
now I only active 1x1TB in standard, like adding hornbeam 2x2TB and configure them in the mirror?? I have to redo everything from scratch?
I apologize for English but isn't my language.

Here's an earlier thread that comes somewhat close to achieving what you're looking for:
http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=12487.0 (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=12487.0).  This link provides some direction for creating two RAID 1 configurations.  Through trial and error you'll have to see if these directions can be modified to suit your goal.
