DviewCam Playback View Problem
« on: September 06, 2012, 05:35:42 AM »

*EDIT* Phoned customer support a couple days ago and even they could not solve this problem nor explain any possible causes for it.

Any ides?

Hello.

I'm having a problem when i try to playback my recorded videos using my DSC-932L camera.

When i highlight the required videos timeline, the picture shows up perfect in the video preview box but when i click OK to go the fullscreen the picture fragments into horizontal sections and gets jumbled around and split up so the view looks like it has been set to 4 camera mode.

This gentleman - http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=46946.0 has a similar problem only my picture is clear but jumbled around all over the top 2 sections of the screen.

I updated my video drivers to the latest possible version, rolled back from DViewCam 3.3 to 3.2 and still the problem persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello Community,
because I couldnīt find out a solution for this problem I grab out this old post.
I just bought a d-link camera (DCS2330L) and have the same problems. Newest firmware, newest d-viewcam software, different settings, ...no results.
But if I go directly into the web-portal of the camera and start a manual record....I can view it normal as *.avi file.

But the playback with d-viewcam software doesnīt work.

The picture is always in a 4 camera view window. (upper left and right) ...and the picture is to see in six cutted stripes.

Hope you can understand my problem and maybe you have a solution.
Thank you from Germany
