I'm using the Mydlilnk Lite Android App with the DCS-932LB1 cameras. It has been working fine for the past year. Suddenly it stopped displaying video, but gets the audio OK. Using the web portal or the iPhone App, I get both audio and video OK from the same cameras. I tried removing and reinstalling the Android App but got the same result. Any ideas?

Do you have enough free space on your Android device?
Do you have another Android device to try?

I am still having the same problem. I even updated the camera firmware but tht did not fix things. Any help would be appreciated. The Mydlink Lite Android App had been working fine for about 6 months, then just stopped showing video prior to my original posting.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. This maybe an issue with the MDL services with Android. Reference this thread for review.
We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Turn up the media volume?
Which Android OS are you using?
Which Android device is this?

To RYAT3: Volume? The audio comes thru just fine. Its the video that's missing. Android version 4.0.4. Samsung SHG-i577. This same phone has been working correctly with MyDlink audio and video for the past six months. This problem only started recently and nothing has changed. No new cameras, no firmware updates, no changes to Android phone.
