I read the user manual for this router. It says in there max of 15.

In either Netgear or Dlink manuals I didn't find anything about # of max port forwards, but in Dlink I see a screenshot that actually has max of 10. If I saw that before I was making purchase, I would completely ignore this router.

Call and ask D-Link which model router would be best for you...Let us know what they say.

Well, I "resolved" this. Essentially I could just use Port Forwarding & Virtual Server together which gives me combined 30 rules that I can create. Good enough. I am happy camper!

Can you elaborate a little?  I see you can do ranges. . But how does that work for ports on a camera or did you do a range on something else?

Yes I changed it to use range instead so that freed up some rule space in addition I could port forward using virtual server that lets you port forward 1 port. Bottom line all is well now, I sold my R7000 and can enjoy this router :)
