I bought the D-link DIR 600M Rev C1 in India. However, I fail to find any info regarding the router anywhere in D-link India website.

1. Is this router legally sold in India ?? The firmware language is English, BTW.
2. There is no MAC address filtering settings in the router or am I missing something ??
3. Is there any firmware upgrade available ?? The current one is 3.01. I tried installing "DIR600C1_FW302WWb07.bin" which I got somewhere in the internet but it failed to install.

Ok, ya, I'd phone contact your regional D-Link support office and find out where this model is sold at and what official region it's supported in. There have been users that buy items off of ebay or online retailers that ship to non supporting regions. We always recommend buying items with in regions that D-Link officially supports.

The model isn't listed on the Indian website. However, it is listed on the Chinese website. But as per other users (via Google search), there it sells with Chinese language in the router config. Mine is English. Plus the router looks different in pics there. My router looks the same as DIR-600L as listed on the Indian website.
