Android app will only display multiple cameras in almost all black. See pictures attached. this just started happening when I checked today, was working fine for 6 months. is this a bug?
I can see the camera video just fine from the MyDlink website. The black screen appears when first connecting to a camera via the app for 3-15 seconds.
Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. no luck.
I tried chat support with no luck, basically almost useless.
any help would be appreciated.

Any progress?
What model cameras are affected? Does the video take a while to load?
1. Reboot the affected cameras.
2. On your android (not the app), go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage. Tap on Data Saver and turn off.
If problem continues, uninstall app, reboot your phone, reinstall app.
