Wi-Fi Range Extender AC1200 or AC1750?
« on: May 09, 2017, 02:08:00 PM »

I'm looking a getting an extender for the DIR-850L. Do I need the AC1200 (DAP-1620) or will the AC1750 (DAP-1720) work?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

The 1620 or 1650 would work well.
