trying to install dap1360. cannot access the unit to set it up. using 192.168.0.50 gets me to login screen but cannot login as it gives me a password error. reset the unit but get the same error message. password is supposed to be left blank. is there a workaround?

a) use internet browser
b) use another computer
c) reset your browser to factory defaults
d) use admin/admin

Thanks for the reply. Tried all but no go. IE & FF set to default, different machine, admin/admin. keep getting "password is error". Also cannot login w/ http//dlinkap. When I try to connect via windows wireless it wants a pin from the label. This model does not have a pin on label.

press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds. do not press the WPS button. try logging in again to the device. if it doesn't work, you might need a replacement for it.
