Ok. I made a test account. Anyone can try to view this cam and report back what device you are using. It freezes for me on any Apple device with newer firmware after 10 sec.

Ok I had someone not located in the same house at the moment connect with there iPad loaded with iOS 9.1 and using Safari, it froze after about 30 seconds. They could refresh the page and video would start streaming again then freeze again after 30 seconds.  ::)

I've forwarded this onto D-Link for review. You might contact Apple and refer them to this thread for review.
