I find that google search is far more intuitive then Yahoo or...::shrudder:: Bing. When looking for a PDF or instruction set, I can get it as the top 3, which saves me time. Plus Google offers so many abilities its not even funny. GoogleDocs? Google Translate? Google Maps, Calander, Shopping with Checkout, reader, Sketchit, namebench, sending SMS, Talk and Voice, news and Chrome. Do I need to go on?

But I think TheOatmeal says it best.

Well google has some good stuff. I just don't subscribe to there marketing and ways. I have other things that do just as good, if not better then they and for what i need it for. So, you may go and google if you like. I plan to search the web.  ;D

Reminds me of PC advertising in the late 1990s. Companies often advertised PCs with this phrase: "Comes with the Internet". Remember that? I always thought, wow, that must be a fraggin' huge HDD.

You know how many times I would get calls at my old job asking me "If the internet was down". So many times I wanted to say something like "Yes, someone tripped over a wire and it got knocked over. We will have it up as soon as possible, but it is very heavy after all" LOL

Way too funny!!  There were certain times I wanted to let people know that the issue was caused by PEBKAC.
