Title: 930L Image Problems
Post by: eebclee on June 23, 2014, 11:18:13 AM
I've started having problems with our DCS-930L this week.  The image has offsets in it, and sometimes color shifts -- I'll attach one of the worst examples.  The problem is that this constantly triggers motion detection.  I've tried restarting it by unplugging it and plugging it back in with no change.

Current Firmware Version: 1.08B4

If this is a known problem that the firmware update will fix, or if there's another fix, let me know.

Log into the web UI and visit SETUP > Image Setup.  What are the field values? What fields are checked-off?

I should have updated this -- I later logged into this camera to look at and play with the settings, and it bricked itself.  So maybe this was happening because the camera was just about to give out.
