Title: DVG 5008S Network Fault Error

Hi
I have DVG 5008S FXS gateway, everything if fine, extension are connected, and incoming out going is also fine, but when we pickup handset of phone to make outbound call, it say Network Fault first instead of dial tone, but it allows to make calls.

I have tried evrything, changed cable, changed IP address, reset device, but it did not fix.

Can anyone help me in this regard please
