I just recently purchased the DCS-930L wireless camera, and I am trying to connect it to my Netgear router but it states that there's an error and can't connect. My itouch and laptop connects fine with the router. Is there a setting I need to switch?

You need to be much more specific in what steps you have taken so far.

I followed the setup guide cd that came with the camera and when it asked me if I wanted to connect either using via ethernet cable or wirelessly, I chose the wireless option. I then picked my router and entered my key/password for the router and while it was in the process of loading the settings, I got the error message.

I used the ethernet cable for the first-time setup of each camera. Give that a shot.

I eventually used the option of the ethernet cable and it worked like a charm. However, I want to use the camera wirelessly.

Once I was able to do the first-time setup using the ethernet cable, I was able to go wireless after that.
Make sure you indicate the error(s) you are getting, word-for-word.

You MUST use the ethernet cable to install the camera. At the setup option that asks if you want WIRED or WIRELESS, choose the WIRELESS option, click NEXT and follow all instructions, one of which will tell you to disconnect the ethernet cable from the camers...GOOD LUCK!
