I presume that your having the ISP modem do the NAT and DHCP for your network?
If so then try this:
Turning a router into an AP.

I have Zhone Modem ,i cant acces to the deep setttings because admin is locked by the ISP,and dont know whats happening in the zhone,i alredy follow that steps and my roommates dont have internet ,says it cant connect to the network everytime ,but wired i have internet ,i alredy change all the wireless settings like 10 times so it isnt a problem from the wireless settings is from the network/internet settings :S

Check the roommates devices. If you set up the 857 as a wired AP and have the wired LAN cable going to the LAN port on the back of the 857, NOT the WAN port and you have the 857 configured correctly, All users regardless of wired or wireless should have internet access.
