Try performing a factory reset: DCS Network Cameras - Factory Reset Procedure (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47707.0)

hard reset no luck

Try connecting the DCS-932L to your router via a wired connection and walk through the Setup Wizard. Make sure you download a recent version of the Setup Wizard to match the firmware version installed on your DCS-932L.

already try that...
i have already update my firmware before, now im using the same wizard to reisntall my camera but it cant be done, because my camera still have no led light at all after 3 times red led light blinking.... even after i 've done the factory reset... if i cant get green or red led light how can i reinstall my device :'( ???

Can you access the DCS-932L web UI from a browser on a PC on the same LAN as the DCS-932L?
-
i cant find the ip address for my camera :(... coz im using dynamic ip address maybe if i can see my camera in mydlink.com i can enter web UI now my camera look like no power at all because of none led but i can feel a bit warm when i touched it
-
Log into your router web UI and look at the connected device table to obtain the IP address.
-
theres no connected device listed :(... it seem even my computer cant detect my camera because when i plug in the power after 3 times red light blink then no light no sound just a little bit warm in my device
-
Are you saying that you can't find the table containing the connected devices (e.g. PC, camera, printer, etc..) or that you found the table but there is no camera listed?
-
Sorry for kate respon, today i try my camera and it works again, i didnt do anything, and i dont even found the camera listed in my router web ui because for no reason 5 days earlier my camera act like it has no power supply at all... I still dont know what the problem is? Is there someone having experience like me. . .

I've been in this forum since the DCS-932L was first released and don't recall this (or any camera) going dark for so long and coming back to life. I suppose this could have been due to an issue with your LAN or perhaps some intermittent DCS-932L hardware issue that acted up and went into remission.
??? :-\ ???

And the problem comes again.... ;D hahahahaha
