WAN Status shows NA
« on: August 06, 2011, 02:15:16 PM »

I updated the firmware of my DIR601 to 1.02NA, it now only show NA under status for WAN, even though its connected (PPPoE).  It worked with 1.01NA.  I tried rebooting the router but no effect.

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?

After you updated the router and power cycled the router, did you also power of the ISP modem too then power on the ISP modem. Then power on the router?
