Fastest Way to unlock class engraving on alt?

So I used the Lueterra quest rewards class engravings on my main INfo, but now i am thinking about changing to a different class.

If i powerpass another character, what is the fastest way to unlock class engravings?

I don’t suppose i can go do those Lueterra quests again?

Or do I have to buy from the AH?
