Lost files in subfolders

My root folders and sub-folders are listed but the contents of the sub-folders is not listed. For example:
\\Cline_Media\Misc_Programs is present and the sub-folder \Linux is there too but the contents \Linux\Debian is not. Only the files in root folders is accessible.

There is one 1TB drive formatted as a single volume.
UPnP AV SERVER is disabled (tried it both ways)
Jumbo Frame enabled at 9000 (tried all levels and disabled as well)
Windows 7 64-bit, 8GB RAM
Connect through Netgear DGN-1000 (wired and wireless)
