Title: help dsr 500 setting up traffic management

hello good day.. i am from philippines. we have newly purchased dsr 500 and we want this to connect with two ISPs. we wanted to group our computers/devices into four and allocate them with their bandwidths say the group 192.168.123.1-25 (mostly mobile devices on Access Points) to share the 2Mbps bandwidth, then the group 192.168.123.26-50, allocate each of them with 3mbps each, then 192.168.123.51-75 to have 5mbps each, and the last group 192.168.123.76 and up to have no limitations - no bandwidth limits. we would also like to prioritize specific IPs from 2nd and 3rd group as High but control their youtube and other high-bandwidth consuming activities. please guide us on this.. we are mix using reserved static ips and dhcp.. i know basic networking..  thanks so much
