Hi everyone,
Sadly I upgraded my firmware recently and discovered that on DGS-1210-20 firmware 4.10.004 (C1) kills the monitoring -- port statistics page, as soon as one clicks on the port statistics you receive session timeout. The same issue DOES NOT exist on DGS-1210-10 as I have one and the port statistics page works as expected.
Any clue how to fix this other than going back to the old firmware, which thankfully I backed up before the upgrade?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
