How to make the connection more stable ?

Example by Limiting the mp3, and other download
Bandwith management. limiting one user sucking the bandwith. meanwhile others suffer by Slow Internet

You can review this and see if it helps:
Gaming and QoS for XBL

Use the Other Devices example for your settings.
You'll need  to set the priorities accordingly. Higher priority devices set for 50, any normal priority devices, set for 128, any low priority devices, set for 200-255.
